How to Play Power Blackjack?
First, find an online casino that offers Evolution Gaming Live Casino games. Most online casinos have games from Evolution, so if you have a favourite casino most likely you have it there. Go to the live casino section and look for the Power Blackjack table.
The easiest way to find it is usually by using the common search function, or if you can sort by the game provider or type of game. Once you have found it fire it up and off we go. If you still don’t have a favourite online casino you can find a good one in our recommended casino list, we make sure they are safe and offer a good experience for players from India. If you are looking to learn how to play classic Blackjack, you can head on over to our Blackjack guide: How to play blackjack.
How to Play
- As this is a multiseat game, all you have to do is wait for a new round, and you can join in on the action. Being multiseat means there is no limit on how many players the table can have.
- Once there is a new round, place your bet by picking a marker and the main bet or ante as it’s called, also side bets are available.
- The dealer will draw 2 cards face up for the player, and 2 cards for the dealer, one of which is face up.
- The game will now continue with a decision for your hand, Hit, Stand, Double, Triple or Quadruple.
- After the decisions have been by each player, it is the dealer’s turn. The dealer must stand on 17 or higher. And the dealer will draw cards until this condition is fulfilled.
- You win if you have a higher value hand than the dealer or if the dealer busts.
- Once the hand has been played, it’s time to bet again.
Power Blackjack Rules
Power Blackjack is played with 8 decks, however, nines and tens are removed from the decks. So the total of cards is 352 and the betting time is 12 seconds for each round. In Power Blackjack, the dealer peeks for blackjack if he or she gets jack, queen, king or ace. Insurance can only be taken if the dealer has an ace.
The Power Blackjack feature is that players can double, triple or even quadruple on their first two cards and also splits. Splits with aces only get 1 card. As per normal blackjack, dealer stands on 17. A feature from Evolutions’ previous title Infinite Blackjack is the multiseat so a table can, in theory, have unlimited players.
Power Blackjack Side Bets
Evolution has included four side bets to Power Blackjack and those are the same side bets that you find in Infinite Blackjack as well, Hot 3, 21+3, Any Pair and Bust It. Compared to Infinite Blackjack, the payout has been adjusted due to the different total of cards in play.

Live Casino India’s View
Power Blackjack features multiseat which is always nice, no waiting to get a seat at the table. The studio is well-made, and Evolution live game dealers are as always professional. Who is Power Blackjack for? We would say that blackjack players that are looking to mix up their blackjack game with some other rules and options for doubling. It is also quite a fast game per round.
Keep in mind, you cannot play this with normal Blackjack strategies. The RTP is less than regular blackjack, so why would you play this version? We think the answer is in the quadruple doubling, it’s high risk but possibly also high reward. Try it out and see if this version of blackjack is something for you and if you want a blackjack that plays a little differently.
